本規約は、theappary.com（以下「当方」）が提供するアプリ「ことばタワー」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めます。本アプリを利用することで、本規約と Apple の標準使用許諾契約（EULA）に同意したものとみなされます。
These terms govern your use of Word Tower (ことばタワー, “the App”), published by theappary.com (“we”). By using the App you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Standard License Agreement (EULA).
利用許諾
License
お客様が所有または管理する iOS 端末で、個人的・非商業的に本アプリを利用できる、限定的・非独占的・譲渡不能な権利を許諾します。
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on iOS devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.
禁止事項
Not allowed
- 本アプリの改変、リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル
- 法令に違反する目的での利用
- 本アプリやその利用権の再配布・販売
- Modifying, reverse engineering or decompiling the App
- Using the App for any unlawful purpose
- Redistributing or selling the App or your right to use it
アプリ内購入とコイン
Purchases and coins
本アプリでは、買い切りの「広告を削除」（コイン500枚つき）と、コインのパックを販売しています。購入と決済は Apple の App Store を通じて行われ、Apple の規約が適用されます。「広告を削除」は同じ Apple Account であれば設定の「購入を復元」で復元できます。返金は Apple が取り扱います。
コインは本アプリの中だけで使えるもので、現金や他のサービスとは交換できません。コインは端末に保存されるため、本アプリを削除すると失われます。「広告を削除」を購入しても、ご自身で選んで見るごほうび動画は引き続き利用できます。
The App sells a one-time “Remove Ads” purchase (with 500 coins) and coin packs. Purchases and payment are handled by Apple through the App Store under Apple’s terms. “Remove Ads” can be restored on the same Apple Account with “Restore Purchases” in Settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Coins can only be used inside the App and cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside it. Coins are stored on your device and are lost if you delete the App. After buying “Remove Ads”, reward videos you choose to watch stay available.

本アプリの写真、ことばの説明、プログラム、デザインなどのコンテンツは、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。
The App’s pictures, word texts, code and design belong to theappary.com or their rightful owners.
免責
Disclaimer
本アプリは現状のまま提供されます。当方は、本アプリが中断なく、または誤りなく動作することを保証しません。法令で認められる範囲で、本アプリの利用によって生じた損害について当方は責任を負いません。
The App is provided “as is”. We do not promise that it will run without interruption or errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App.
規約の変更
Changes
本規約を変更した場合は、このページの施行日を更新してお知らせします。
If these terms change, the new version is posted on this page with a new effective date.
